"FAB 100-11205-001 REV 4", "ASM 120-11205[ ]Rev 4[ ]", "Altair", and "2GHZ OMNI" is silkscreened on one of the antenna boards.

Per the FCC test report, this model is a depopulated ZoneFlex 7372 (sans at least the 5GHz wireless module). Art_Ver_2_18_2 was the test program used (Atheros Radio Test).
