"CHJ00D-1.6" is silkscreened on the board in the FCC photos.

This device is assumed to be internally identical to the Netgear R6260 although this R6350 and its big brother the Netgear R6850 are only sold outside of the US. This R6350 is not FCC certified but could presumably be included under the certification of the R6260 like the Netgear R6800 and its many clones.

It's not clear what exactly Netgear may have changed to reduce the 802.11ac speed to 1450 Mbps but all four spatial streams must be implemented.
